Customer Support

We are here to help you if you are experiencing personal or health problems or if there are circumstances which may affect the ongoing payment of your account. Such issues may include one or more of the following:

  • Money worries / affordability / income shock or reduced income
  • Disability (physical or mental)
  • Bereavement
  • Caring responsibilities
  • Language barrier

Please call us on 0800 280 2816 and one of our experienced team members will happily take you through the support we can offer.

We have a number of options to help with managing your account:

Take 30 days to get some help and advice

With this option, we’ll give you the time and space to get some independent help and advice so that you are best placed to manage your debts better.

It’s also a good idea to complete a budget so you’re ready to discuss your options. While you do this, we can stop calls asking you to contact us about your missed payments. And, we won’t charge you any fees during this time.

This isn’t a payment holiday, as you’ll still need to make your contractual monthly payment if you are able to. We will also inform credit reference agencies about any of your missed payments – this can limit your ability to obtain credit in the future.

We can help you manage your debt with a Repayment Plan

With a repayment plan, you could bring your account up to date over a number of months. Or we can reduce your monthly repayment allowing you time to keep on top of your debts. Please

note, setting up a repayment plan can impact your ability to obtain credit in the future.

Please call us on the above number to discuss these options.

When you’re worried about money, talking to someone can make all the difference. Remember that you’re not alone and we are here to help you.
